If you are having difficulties logging into your Fronius account, you can re-register by following the steps below.
Step 1
Please carry out the first login on a
Fronius online platform using the browser version. The correct URLs can be found in step
3.
Step 2
Kindly clear the lifetime cookie &
cache data of your browser and restart the browser and your
device.
Step 3
Please ensure to always use the correct URL for the
Fronius platform you would like to visit.
For example:
- https://solar-sos.fronius.com/login
- https://www.myfronius.com
- https://www.solarweb.com
- https://warranty.fronius.com
- https://welding-shop.fronius.com
If you only use login.fronius.com to access a platform, you might receive an
error message as we are using a single account log in structure across all
Fronius online platforms, which enables our customer to log in to all our
platforms with one account.
Step 4
Please reset your password with the "Forgot
your password?" function on the login page.
The password should be 10 - 30 characters long and contain one digit [0-9], one
lower case letter, [a-z], one upper case letter [A-Z] and one special character [()#@$!%?*{}&+-_=§°/].
Please only use the specified special characters and
do not mix them with characters which are not displayed above. Otherwise, the
password reset cannot be completed, and you will receive an error message.
Step 5
There is a possibility that you need to
repeat the first login gain after your password reset before a
successful log-in is possible again.
